One-Click Publishing
When your survey is ready, publishing it takes a single click. Opinio generates a unique survey URL that you can share immediately. You can unpublish, pause, or republish the survey at any time without losing collected responses.
- •Configure a custom survey start message and a thank-you / confirmation page shown after submission.
- •Set a survey expiry date — the survey automatically closes and shows a "survey ended" message to late visitors.
- •Set a response quota — the survey closes automatically once the target number of responses is reached.
- •Embed the survey in your own web page using an inline iframe snippet generated by Opinio.
Survey Access Modes
Control who can access your survey with four distinct access modes.
- •Open / public — anyone with the link can respond. Ideal for broad market research or anonymous feedback.
- •Password-protected — respondents must enter a shared password before accessing the survey. Useful for internal surveys distributed via intranet or email.
- •Invitation-only — only respondents who receive a personalised email invitation token can access the survey, preventing duplicate and unsolicited responses.
- •Single-response token — each unique link can be used exactly once, preventing ballot stuffing or repeat submissions.
Email Invitations
Opinio includes a built-in email invitation system so you can reach a targeted list of respondents without relying on a third-party email service.
- •Upload a list of invitee email addresses (CSV or manual entry); Opinio generates a unique, personalised link for each.
- •Compose a custom invitation email with your own subject line, greeting, and body text — including a merge token for the respondent's name.
- •Track the response status of every invitee: invited, responded, or not yet responded.
- •Send targeted reminder emails only to invitees who have not yet responded, after a configurable delay.
- •Each invitation link is unique and single-use, so the same person cannot submit more than one response.
Custom Branding & URLs
Make the survey feel like an integral part of your brand rather than a generic third-party form.
- •Apply custom CSS or choose from built-in themes to match your organisation's colour scheme and typography.
- •Add your organisation's logo to the survey header.
- •Host Opinio on your own domain so the survey URL reflects your brand (e.g., surveys.yourcompany.com).
- •Configure a custom redirect URL shown after survey completion to send respondents to a page of your choice.
